As part of our commitment to remain at the forefront of technology Nedbank Swaziland is upgrading to a new Internet Banking platform.

During the upgrade not everyone will be moved onto the new Internet Banking platform immediately. To find out when the new Internet Banking platform is available to you, we will keep you informed with regular information updates on our Internet Banking homepage.

We are launching our launching the new internet banking solution that offer you more options and convenience in a safe and secure environment for indiviuals.

What can Nedbank’s Internet Banking do for me?

You can your banking with complete security from the comfort and safety of your home or office. You can:

  • obtain balances on all your linked accounts;
  • view and print statements of your linked accounts;
  • transfer funds between your linked accounts;
  • pay third-party accounts, eg retailers, electricity, telephone;
  • add up to 99 accounts and up to 999 beneficiaries to your profile;
  • order chequebooks on-line;
  • make once-off payments;
  • make tax payments directly to the revenue authority.

How do I know if I am moving over to the new internet banking system?

  • Individual clients - if you are an individual client you will be moved to the new internet banking.
  • Businesses clients - if you are a corporate, small, medium or big business you will NOT be moving to the new internet banking system. (Because of some changes to the new banking system som of your other accounts may be affected. Speak to your relationship manager for more information.)

Preparing for the NEW internet banking upgrade:

Are you upgrading to our new and improved Internet Banking?

  1. Note the new Internet Banking address: https://www.internetbanking.nedbank.co.sz
  2. Remember your current Internet Banking Profile number (10 digits), User ID and Password
  3. Ensure that your e-mail address and cell phone number are correct and up to date. Only individual Clients with a valid e-mail address will receive an e-Statement. The cell phone number allows you to receive your One Time Pin (OTP)
  4. 90 days transaction history will be available on the new and improved Internet Banking. Should you require a transaction history in excess of 90 days, the relevant statement can be requested from your Branch Manager or Relationship Manager
  5. Record the reference number for your Bank Defined Beneficiaries.
  6. Decide on a new Password for the new system.
    1. Your new password must have a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 20 characters.
    2. Your new password can accommodate CAPs and a combination of alpha and numeric characters e.g. V7yKm09z.
    3. Do not make your password too simple or easy for someone else to guess.
